Di’Aundrea describes who she works best with and how she helps.

Di’Aundrea T., NCC, MEd, LCMHCA

Hey, new parent—I see you. You’ve got a lot on your plate, and between pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, you might be drowning in questions, doubts, and “what now?” moments. The changes, the responsibilities—it’s a lot. Maybe it even feels overwhelming or disappointing in ways you didn’t expect.

Here’s the thing: you don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to help you balance the mental load, figure out who you are in this new phase of life, and make sure your needs don’t get lost in the shuffle. Because you deserve care too.

I use a mix of strength-based and somatic therapy and am currently being trained in perinatal mental health to help you feel seen, heard, and in control again. We’ll work on setting boundaries, embracing your evolving identity, and making space for you to thrive—not just survive. Choosing yourself isn’t selfish—it’s essential. Let’s connect to talk about how I can support you in this new season of life.

My Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a National Certified Counselor. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Counseling and Development, both from Winthrop University. My clinical experience spans various settings, including community mental health agencies and private practice. I am excited to be actively pursuing training in perinatal mental health and somatic therapies, with the goal of becoming certified in the coming months.

When I’m not in therapist mode, I’m...

spending time with family, trying different foods and restaurants, and reading romance novels.
