Alexandria describes her style of therapy.

Alexandria D., MSW, LCSWA

If you’ve ever felt hesitant about therapy—whether due to fear of the unknown or uncertainty about taking that leap to address deeper issues—I want you to know it’s okay to take that next step. I’m here to support and guide you along the way.

I like to believe when you have an unbiased therapist, it helps clients enjoy the process of therapy. I provide a judgment-free zone, and you will have free reign of the goals you’d like to accomplish. Together, we will decide the direction of your therapy, and I will work hard to create a comfortable, supportive environment for you.

My role is to guide you on your therapeutic journey while equipping you with the skills to navigate life’s challenges. I take a realistic approach and hold my clients accountable. I hope that each of my clients leaves sessions seeing themselves grow into the person they want to be. You’ll leave therapy feeling empowered, with the tools to heal from past pain and the ability to overcome obstacles in your life.

My Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina (Columbia), which I earned through their advanced standing program in May 2020. I completed my Bachelor of Social Work at the State University of New York College at Buffalo in May 2019, along with a second degree in Criminal Justice. My post-graduate experience includes working in mobile crisis services, where I supported individuals of all ages dealing with various disorders that disrupted their daily functioning.

When I’m not in therapist mode, I’m...

shopping for the latest fashion trends, running my TikTok cooking and beauty page. Lastly, I prioritize fitness, health, and working out, and enjoying time with my family.
