Alexandria describes her style of therapy.

Alexandria D., MSW, LCSWA

If you have ever felt opposed or have been apprehensive about therapy due to fear of the unknown, scared to taking that leap of faith and addressing those underlying issues, I am here to tell you it’s okay to take that next step and I am here to guide you along the way.

I liked to believe when you have an unbiased therapist, it helps my clients to enjoy the process of therapy with me. I provide a judgement free zone and you will have free reign of the goals you’d like to accomplish. Together we will decide the direction of your therapy and I will work hard to make it a comfortable environment for you.

I am here to guide you along your therapeutic journey in a way that provides you with skills in navigating your life. I like to have a realistic approach and hold my clients accountable while in session. I hope that each of my clients leaves sessions seeing themselves grow into the person they want to be. You’ll be taught the tools and experience healing from past pain to overcome situations in your life.

My Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. I have received my MSW from the University of South Carolina (Columbia) in May, 2020 through their advanced standing program. While in my graduate program I’ve obtained a certificate in Drug & Addiction Studies.  I obtained my BSW from State University of New York College at Buffalo in May, 2019, while also obtaining a second degree in Criminal. Justice. My post graduate career I have experience in mobile crisis work dealing with all age ranges experiencing a range of disorders interrupting their daily functioning.

When I’m not in therapist mode, I’m...

shopping for the latest fashion trend, running my TikTok cooking and beauty page. Lastly, I spend time working out and enjoying time with my family.
