Solace offers 60 minute individuals sessions and 90 minute couples sessions at competitive rates in the Charlotte area.

Please contact us regarding other session types and pricing.

Cash, Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover Credit/Debit cards, HSA, CASH App, and Pay pal payments are accepted.

Solace is in network with some BCBS and United Healthcare/Optum plans.

We are not in network with any Medicaid.

For all other insurance’s Solace is considered an Out-Of-Network Provider. Super bills can be provided upon request.

Sliding Scale is available for those who demonstrate need.

~ Something to Consider ~

Solace is not paneled with many insurance companies and believes there are benefits to utilizing self pay options. Some of those benefits include:

• When you choose to self-pay, a diagnosis is not required to justify your treatment therefore it is not apart of your health record. This avoids having a pre existing condition on your health record if you ever need to find your own coverage.

• You are not subject to random audits of your records by insurance companies. These are sometimes conducted whenever an insurance company deems them necessary.

• You and your clinician are able to utilize the best type of treatment for your presenting symptoms. Sometimes insurance companies dictate what modalities they think are best for you.

• You and your clinician determine how long you will benefit from therapy vs an insurance company dictating how many sessions you are allowed depending on their ideas of treatment times.
