Morgan R., LCMHCA
Let’s be real—your 20s can feel like you're living in a constant state of “figuring it out.” One minute you’re chasing new opportunities, the next you’re questioning every decision you’ve made. It’s a season full of growth, change, and yes… a little chaos. I work with young adults who seem to have it all together on the outside but are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, and the pressure of their own expectations. If you're feeling overwhelmed, questioning your decisions, or struggling to keep up with the demands you place on yourself, therapy can offer the space to pause, reflect, and reset.
My approach is person-centered, meaning our work will move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. I also draw from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to help you build practical tools that make life feel a little less heavy and a lot more manageable.
This isn’t about becoming someone else—it’s about reconnecting with who you truly are, beyond the pressures you’ve been carrying. If you’re ready to break free from self-doubt and feel more in control of your next chapter, I’m here to help.
My Experience
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping individuals who feel uncertain about where to begin when seeking help. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and went on to complete a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
When I’m not in therapist mode, I’m…
exploring new coffee shops, reading psychological thrillers, playing tennis, or enjoying game nights with family and friends.
