An 8-week workshop that will educate on anxiety, provide coping skills to reduce symptoms and learn how to change the brain's processing so effects last. The first 4 weeks will focus on learning about anxiety, causes and symptoms as well as skills to reduce symptoms and attacks. The 2nd half will focus on changing the thoughts distortions that contribute to anxiety. Participants will practice challenging automatic responding and create new ways of thinking, feeling and believing.
