Mary Beth C., LCSWA
“What’s wrong with me?” Stuck and hopeless. Old and new problems cycling. Not sure where to start. I get it. Self-doubt, relationship struggles, trauma, or not knowing what you truly want can feel overwhelming. But, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Let’s figure out what matters most to you, identify what’s getting in the way, and rewrite your story. I’m not just here to help—I’m here to remind you that you DESERVE support, peace, and a space where you can be unapologetically YOU. Your identity, your journey, and your truth matter, and you are worthy of care, understanding, and joy
I work with adults experiencing the effects of internal, external, and societal pressures. Whether you’re looking for support with relationship stressors, emotional overwhelm, or behaviors related to trauma and dual diagnoses, I aim to provide a compassionate space to explore your experience with care. I utilize Solution-Based Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Narrative Therapy, along with DBT skills and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring each session to fit your unique needs. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide a supportive, affirming space for all.
Reach out TODAY, and let’s take the next step together toward the life you deserve.
My Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate with a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver, specializing in Trauma and Crisis. Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings, including shelters, nursing homes, schools, jails, halfway houses, and private homes, gaining a deep understanding of the unique challenges individuals face. Before pursuing my MSW, I spent several years as a community college English instructor, further strengthening my ability to connect, educate, and empower others.
When I’m not in therapist mode, I’m…
Traveling, spending time with family and friends, writing books and essays, dancing.
